Today is another rainy day here in the Bluegrass State.  If you ask me, there is only one way to spend a cool rainy afternoon and that is to take a nap.   Wait, on second thought, sitting around eating would be a good idea too.

The morning started off nice and sunny so I was able to have a dry walk.  Thank goodness for that - I hate getting rained on.  There was one "black cloud" on the walk though, just as we were getting started, guess who should appear?  I'll give you a hint, she didn't come out of her own backyard.  Who else, but my arch nemesis.  Pudding!  Bark!  Bark!  Bark!  Sorry, I get my hackles up just thinking about her...

Anyway, the rest of the day has been pretty good.  As I've mentioned, the boss ma'am is home for the week so I have been getting a little closer to my fair share of treats  (just a smidgen closer really).  Also belly rubs.  I do enjoy a good belly rub.  Not as much as a good rawhide (or any other food for that matter), but still they are something that I look forward to.

On an unhappier note, I've been feeling a little ouchy in my left shoulder.  I don't know what is going on with that.  The bosses have been trying to keep me from doing "stupid" things like running around.  Good luck with that!  He, he.  I am my own dog after all.

Well, it is getting very close to that happy time that I like to call dinner time.  I have to start barking for my kibble.
